Automatic Letter Bender machines work quickly, faultlessly - it takes about 20-40 minutes to achieve standard bending of serif letter 200 mm high, made from tape of the 0,6 mm width and the 60 mm height. ALB machines bend letters in 3 minutes!

CNC Router MTC Black Series/CNC Router ATC Black Series offered by Automatic Letter Bender company cuts any forms in an easy way, for example a Plexiglas face of a letter with a special border which ideally fits the bended side of the letter and engraves the finest inscriptions.
A new bending machine for big letters
Automatic Letter Bender has introduced a new product – ALB-03 SSA 300 bending machine for tapes width 300 mm.
It is an answer for customer's needs who want to produce big stable 3d letters made of aluminium up to 2 mm thickness and made of stainless steel up to 1,2 mm. On the market it's rare to achieve the possibility of bending such a wide tape and our machine ensures it. Generally, we recommend ALB-03 SSA 300 machine not only for flat tapes made of aluminium and stainless steel but to mild steel, cooper and bronze tapes too - thickness 0,5-2,0 mm. The machine is perfectly for letters with completed front. Minimal radius is 17,5 mm. This model is upgraded from previous one ALB-03 SSA 110. It is a proof we are constantly in alert to research customer's needs and creating new, more aindividual solution for them.
The most universal machines
ALB-04 UNI 180 and ALB-02 COMBO 160 are the most universal machines. First of them - ALB-04 UNI 180 is perfect for bending aluminium tapes with thickness 0,4-2,0 mm and stainless steel tapes with thickness 0,4-1,0 mm.
Minimal radius is R=7 mm. ALB-04 UNI 180 uses 2 cutting systems – an industrial knife for stainless steel and a cutter for aluminium. With this machine we can bend flat tapes and profiles - F-profile, Trigonal profile TGP, Rectangle profile RCP and Super Letter profile.
Another machine – ALB-02 COMBO 160 bends aluminium tapes with 0,4-1,2 mm and stainless steel tapes - 0,4-0,8 mm.
In this case minimal radius is 3,0 mm. The machine offers 2 ways of bending – by roller and patting system. The roller bends perfectly curved profiles Double Folded tape, Trigonal profile TGP, Rectangle profile RCP and Supper Letters. The patting system bends flat stripes made of aluminium or stainless steel. Two systems of cutting ensure work with both type of materials.
Other new products
ALB-LW 500W Speed Master is a modern laser welding machine with dual power supply and increased power which allows you to connect thicker sheets of varoius types of steel and aluminium.
Another new product – ALB-Clincher allows a fast connection to be made on the side of the letter to the bottom of the letter by using the pressure point. Thanks to it you don't have to use screws, rivets or spot welding to connect the side to the bottom. This way of connecting saves the installation time and reduces cost of production.
