Company just finished the spring edition of the fair domestic and foreign trades where we presented our new offer.
Our latest offer presented during the spring edition fairs include: CNC Router Black Series, ALB - 04 Uni 180 Model 2016, ALB-01 Eco 160 Deluxe Model 2016, ALB - 03 SSA 180 Flanger, ALB - 03 SSA 110 Mini. These machines were presented during the most important fairs in the advertising industry - "Rema Days 2016" in Warsaw, "FESPA Digital 2016" in Amsterdam, "Sign & Digital 2016" in Birmingham and "Advertising Polygraf" in Prague.

Excellent milling precision is achieved thanks to servo drives, high power HSD spindle and solid construction of the machine. The best solution for companies producing large signs using the latest technology to connect the side of the letter to the back of the letter is sytem called "Clinch System". For that kind of system is dedicated Channel Letter Bender ALB - 03 SSA 180 Flanger. Flanger option provides a connetion of the side of the letter with the back without the using rivets or welding. This allows for quick and economical production of large letters by connection of 1mm thickness side with 1mm thickness bottom of the letter. Letter of any size will be stiff and strong.
During the fair ”Polygraf" and "Sign & Digital" the most intersting machine was ALB - 01 Eco 160 Deluxe model 2016. This small sizes bending machine for profiles and flat tapes distinguished by high work precisionand advanced software to keep control by bending process. The range of the tapes is: thickness of 0.4 to 1.0 mm and a width of 20 mm to 160 mm. The minimum bending radius is 12 mm. New technical solutions allow you to make the letters SUPER LETTERS and even more precise bending.
The best solution for bending the flat strip of 2.0 mm alluminium, stainless steel and profiles is ALB - 04 Uni 180. Machine has interchangeable heads, two cutting systems and two pairs of automatic bending tools. Bending machine has two cutting tolls : knife for stainless steel and cutter for alluminum. The material range is: 0.4-2.0 mm (thickness) and 20-180 mm (width). The minimum bending radius - 7 mm. This is our most universal machine for bending 3d signs which allows you to bend the most advanced projects.
