Exeptional precision of feeding, bending and notching. This is a small channel letter bending machine which allows you to bend even the most difficult jobs. The range of tape sizes: thickness 0.4 - 1.0 mm,width 20-160 mm. Minimal bending radius 12 mm.
ALB-03 SSA 110 - this automatic bending machine is the best choice for bending channel letters from flat strips of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, copper and many others. It works perfectly when bending small, few centimeters high characters, and where precision above average is required. The range of tape sizes: thickness 0.4-1,0 mm width 20-110 mm.
ALB-03 SSA 180 PLUS - this automatic bending machine is the best choice for bending channel letters from flat strips of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, copper and many others. It works perfectly when bending small, few centimetres high characters, and where precision above average is required. This 3D letter bending machine is perfectly suited for creating letters with small angles, radius and even most complexed font. The range of tape sizes: thickness 0.4-2,0 mm width 20-180 mm. Minimal bending radius is 7 mm, the minimum distance between the inner and outer bend is 4.5 mm.
ALB-03 SSA 180 FLANGER - bending machine that works perfectly with flat tapes in two options: standard-flat strip and Flanger. Thanks to the option Flanger is possible bending flat tape while giving effect called “teeth”. This allows you to quickly and easily connect side of the letter with the back. The range of material is: thickness: 0.4 - 1.0 mm aluminum tape option Flanger, 0.6 - 1.0 mm stainless steel, 0.4 - 2.0 mm aluminum, width: stainless steel 20 – 175 mm, aluminum 20 – 175 mm and Flanger 50 - 175 mm. The minimum bending radius is 7 mm.
ALB-04 UNI 180 - is a versatile channel letter bender combining properties of both letter benders from ALB-03 family, which allows to bend both flat tapes and system profiles for bending channel letters. This is possible due to the removable bending head, which can be changed quick and easy in a few minutes.
ALB LW 500W Speed Master – modern, fast and highly precise laser welder. It welds mild steel, galvanized steel and stainless steel (materials can be of different types!!!). It is achived by a very wide range of working area adjustment in the 3 axes X, Y, Z. This allows very fast and easy letters welding and accurate adjustment during operation, making work both quick and easy.
