Tapes & Profiles

We offer a wide range of TAPES & PROFILES for build of 3d letters:

aluminium flat tapes in various colours and with a bended rant, flat tapes made of raw aluminium and stainless steel - mirror and brushed.

The system profiles includes: DFT Double Folded Tape, TGP Trigonal profile, RCP Rectangle profile, F-profile, SL Super Letters Profile.

NEW! We now offer the possibility to produce a special, custom color on order. From today, you can create any tape in your chosen color with a glossy or matte finish with a minimum order of 1 ton. The offer applies to FLT tapes with widths of 0.6, 0.8, or 1.0mm, and DFT tapes with thicknesses of 0.6 or 0.8mm. To learn more, please contact us.


DFT Double Folded Tape

Double folded aluminium tape

 

 

Double folded tape is very popular on our market. The band has a double fold, so the letters are easy to assemble and look elegant. DFT band is not expensive and is easy to mount , thanks to the appropriate sizes.

The channel letters that you can bend from DFT tape, can reach height from 12 up to 200 cm.

We offer double folded tape DFT in various colours:

0.5 mm thickness:

0.6 mm thickness:

FLT (Flat Tape)

Aluminium flat tape


Aluminum flat tape FLT allows to bend letters that look unique and elegant - at a relative low purchase price. The FLT tape is very easy to bend, you can turn them both on machines of Automatic Letter Bender, as well as manually.

The channel letters that you can bend from FLT band, can reach height from 4 up to 180 cm.

FLT Raw Aluminium

Raw aluminium flat tape 


Raw aluminium flat tape is the perfect way to make letters which are stable and effective. Thanks to the material they have much greater strenght and superior reliability. Perfectly suited for powder coating.

3D letters that can be bent from a FLT Raw Aluminium can have a height of from 4 to approx. 180 cm.

FLT Stainless Steel

Flat tape of brushed and mirror stainless steel



Letters made in stainless steel are the most exclusive kind of 3d letters. They provide high resistance to external conditions and provide a very attractive appearance.
3D letters that can be bent from a flat stainless steel and can have a height of 5 to approx. 200 cm.
We offer a flat strip of brushed and mirror stainless steel.

TGP (Trigonal Profile)

Aluminium triangular profile


Using of the triangular profile is guaranteed a typical and original completion of the letter. This profile is very resistant to mechanical damage. It has the thickness of 0.9 mm, so that's the thickest tape we offer. TGP profile can be powder-coated.

The channel letters produced from TGP profile can reach a height of 15 up to 200 cm.

We offer triangular strip of aluminum TGP:

0.9 mm thickness:

  • at width 60 mm in aluminum colour, white
  • at width 80 mm in aluminum colour
  • at width 108 mm in aluminum colour

 

 

RCP (Rectangle Profile)

Right-angle aluminium profile



The application of the rectangle profile makes the channel letters looks interesting and uninhibited. Similiar as trigonal profile has a thickness 0.9 mm and is resistant to mechanical damage.

The channel letters produced from RCP profile can reach height of 15 up to 200 cm.

We offer aluminium RCP profile:

0.9 mm thickness:

  • at width 60 mm in aluminium colour
  • at width 83 mm in aluminium colour
  • at width 100 mm in aluminium, white colour

 

F-Profile (NEW!!!)

Aluminium profile F-shaped with aluminium tape coastline



From 2016 we offer a new solution for making channel letters. With the implementation of tapes with removable face which allows easy access to the interior of letters, characters patial structure is even easier to maintenance. The face of the letter is made of polycarbonate and the back of the letter can be easy fixed without adhesive by use pins and compressed air gun. This is the quickest and cheapest way of producing letters.

Letters made spatial profile F can reach a height of 15 to 200 cm.

We offer two kinds aluminium F-profile:

0.9 mm thickness:

  • Edge profile, 26 mm width in aluminium colour
  • The base of profile F, 80 mm width in aluminium colour



Super Letters (NEW!!!)

Aluminium profile with the front made of liquid plexi


 

New product in 2016 is also an aluminium profile called Super Letters. This is an unprecedented profile with the front made of liqud plexi. Using resin to build the front of the letters we get unprecedented quality and intensity of lighting letters.

Letters made of Super Letters profile may reach a height of 15 to 200 cm.
