ALB-02 COMBO STANDARD 160 ADC - Universal bender for the production of 3D letters. It makes it possible to work on flat aluminium and profile tapes as well as on flat steel tapes. It is our best-selling model, enjoying a very good reputation among customers. Available on offer from 2016.
The ALB-02 COMBO STANDARD 160 ADC spatial letter bender received the Prize for Innovations in the Technology Park category, awarded by the organizers of the Remadadays 2019 fair. It was awarded for its functionality and versatility as well as a very good price-quality ratio of the machine. The use of 2 bending heads with 2 cutting systems was considered a modern solution.
The profile bending machine is equipped with two interchangeable heads with two bending systems (roller and patting system).
Small roller head – bends flat aluminium FLT tapes and profile tapes with a rolled edge DFT, triangular TGP, rectangular RCP and Super Letters profile.
Striking head (patting system) - precisely bends flat tapes made of stainless steel and aluminium.
The advantage of the COMBO STANDARD profile bender is the ADC (Automatic Depth Control) automatic tape cutting depth adjustment system for both aluminium and stainless steel.
