ALB-01 DELUXE 160 ADC - the bender with a system ADC (Automatic Depth Control) - automatic set up of depth of cutted tape. Thanks to the software options it is possible an adjustment of various depths during an one run, depending on the requirements of customers. An additional advantage of DELUXE ADC is a possibility of seperated set up of depth for external or internal side of tape and first and last cut. Those improvements allows control of building 3d letter process much better. Machine for flanged and flat aluminium tapes, stainless steel flat tapes and SUPER LETTERS profiles.

 

 

 


ALB-01 DELUXE 160 ADC - is a high precision bender to work with thin, flat or flanged aluminium stripes. Characterized with patented software for length-feedback control. Exceptional precision of feeding, bending and notching. This is a small channel letter bending machine which allows you to bend even the most difficult jobs. The range of tape sizes: thickness 0.4 - 1.0 mm, width 20-160 mm. Minimal bending radius 12 mm.
