ALB-SPEED MASTER 500W FIBER is a modern laser welding maschine for hand welding using an optical head welding in a gun form. A long fibre optic cable connecting a source of laser light with head allows easy and quick welding even the most complicated spacial structures in the hard-to-reach places.
Laser Nd:YAG used in the device allows a connection thin plates made of different types of metal (stainless steel, black steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, copper etc.) and bonding various types of materials like: stainless steel 2 mm with a black steel 0,6 mm). The pulse operating mode of laser welder speeds up a process of welding and a knit lines distinguish with high quality and a proper homogeneity. Undoubtedly good point of welder is a possibility of welding very thin plates without superheating and burn-through.
