ALB-04 UNI 180 - is a universal channel letter bender combining the properties of both the letter benders ALB-03 SSA 110 and ALB-03 ALUPROFI 110, which allows you to bend both flat ribbon and system profiles for bending the channel list. This is possible due to the bending removable, which can be quickly and easily changed in a matter of minutes.

Allows you to create a list of channels made strips of many types:

- Aluminum profile system
- Flat steel strips , galvanized steel and mild, width tapes 20-175 mm , thickness 0.4-1.0 mm
- Flat strip of aluminum, copper and bronze , width tapes 20-175 mm , thickness 0.4-2.0 mm

• Versatile removable bending allows you to work with profiles of aluminum building systems channel letters.
• Arches bending accuracy is so high that the minimum bending radius starts from 7 mm.
• A very small distance between the inner and outer fold - 4.5 mm.
• Notching bending position is provided by the industrial cutting blades, cutting depth is controlled automatically.
• Letters bent with the bending automatic machine is made very precisely and very easy to weld or join using staples air gun.
• Receive very precise administration of the screws of the leading.
