ALB-03 SSA 180 FLANGER - Channel Letter Bender - Letter bending machine which is designed to work with flat strips of aluminum which are folding in FLANGER option and also flat strips of aluminum, stainless steel, black, galvanized, copper and bronze.

ALB-03 SSA 180 Flanger – bending machine that works perfectly with flat tapes in two options: standard-flat strip and Flanger. Thanks to the option Flanger is possible bending flat tape while giving effect called “teeth”. This allows you to quickly and easily connect side of the letter with the back. This solution obtain by cooperation ALB-03 SSA 180 Flanger with an innovative device called a Clincher which we use for connecting the side with the back of the letter by pneumatic pressure without the use of rivets or spot welding.
ALB-03 SSA 180 Flanger is the perfect solution to make letters with complicated or large font sizes but also connect the thin 1 mm thickness sides with the 1 mm back of the letter. The range of material is: thickness: 0.4 - 1.0 mm aluminum tape option Flanger, 0.6 - 1.0 mm stainless steel, 0.4 - 2.0 mm aluminum, width: stainless steel 20 – 175 mm, aluminum 20 – 175 mm and Flanger 50 - 175 mm. The minimum bending radius is 7 mm.

Properties:
- High-end professional letter bending machine which works with flat aluminum tape thickness of 0.4-2.0 mm and stainless steel, steel, and galvanized steel, copper and bronze 0,4-1,0 mm thickness;
- Bending machine with innovative function of connection the side of the letter with the back of the letter which is called "rivet connetion" - dedicated specially to large characters;
- 3 replaceable bending heads allows to bend strips: up to 1.0 mm thickness, 1.0-2.0 mm thickness and also special head to bend of letters as a "FLANGER";
- Precision of bending is so high that the minimum bending radius might be even 7 mm (for flat tapes);
- Tape feeding precision is + - 0.1 mm.
